美媒给史上最乱东部评冠军概率：热火得克莱后8%，尼克斯22%第二_我的网站

A |     Colombo, Oct 15 (UNI) Sri Lanka has sought support from the International Labour Organisation (ILO) to assist the government’s initiative to establish a digital database of the country's labour workforce, a newspaper reported on Saturday.
Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena pointed out that the Labour Ministry has taken steps to establish a comprehensive digitised database of the workforce and urged the ILO to assist in expediting the process, the Daily Mirror reported.
This was discussed when ILO Country Director Simrin C Singh and ILO Headquarters Senior Employment Specialist Sher Verick called on the Prime Minister this week.
The ILO received a first-hand briefing on the impact of the Covid pandemic and economic crisis on the labour workforce and the short-term and long-term steps taken by the government to recover the economy and to help the workers, especially the low-income labour force.
During the meeting, Singh pointed out that despite some signs of positive trends, most developing countries, including Sri Lanka, were faced with difficulties, due to global recession, limited fiscal space, debt sustainability challenges and rising inflation.
The Prime Minister said the government was keen to make the labour workforce upwardly mobile and explained the multitude of training programmes launched for skill development.
The ILO delegation assured fullest support to all the efforts taken by the government for the well-being of the labour and measures for upgrading the skills of the workforce.

C |          活塞是7%，活塞相比于上赛季的实力实际上是下滑了，因为他们失去了斯图尔特和哈大哥，而且杜伦能否留队还不好说，不过有坎宁安和他们的防守体系兜底，这支球队常规赛依旧是很强，但是想要在季后赛取得成功，现在的阵容恐怕不行。         骑士是7%，尽管骑士拿下了沃特森，结果他们还是不被看好，说实话我认为骑士这个概率低了，但他们也确实距离真正一线的强队有差距，因为哈登又老了一岁而且米切尔到了硬仗容易被针对，莫布里还很软。         热火是8%，热火拿下字母哥之后，说实话有些后劲不足了，他们之后的引援并不出色，球队没有一个关键时刻可以攻坚的球员，如果球队舍得，能够换来欧文，那么他们这阵容就完美了，现在8%算是比较合理了。

D |          猛龙是10%，猛龙只要得到伦纳德，他们就会跻身顶级豪强之列，球队拥有巴恩斯、奎克利、巴雷特和博伊尔斯这些出色的球员，已经让他们拥有了足够的天赋和下限，球队现在就缺一个伦纳德这种阵地战的大杀器。         绿军是13%，说实话绿军可能被高估了，他们拿下乔治之后，球队看起来天赋不如以前了，这支球队靠着他们的体系，常规赛战绩差不了，但是到了季后赛，谁来硬解？或许史蒂文斯在交易截止日会换来合适的球星，助队冲冠。         尼克斯是22%，尼克斯仅排在第二，估计很多球迷已经猜到第一是谁了，说实话我认为这对于尼克斯来说不公平，因为人家尼克斯已经证明了他们可以取得成功，在这样的情况下，让一支纸面实力出色的豪阵，排在他们前面，看起来一点也不公平，我甚至觉得这个预测公司在搞噱头。
